A classic American recipe with a Persian twist, these rosewater cardamom pancakes with saffron syrup are the love between east and west. The fluffy pancakes with rose and cardamom aroma kissed by saffron syrup, a dream come true!
It’s been quite some time since I’ve posted anything Persian here. Here is why.
Peanut Butter and Jelly Stuffed Pancakes are two favorite breakfast foods in one! They are fluffy with a center of creamy peanut butter and jelly. It can’t get any better!
Peanut butter and jelly? Good! Pancakes? Good! Peanut butter and jelly stuffed pancakes? YES PLEASE!
Iran is a beautiful country. I am not saying this just because I’m Iranian, also because it never got the chance to show its beautiful culture and heritage to the world. My country is very rich in culture and history. It has amazing people who are so kind they won’t let you leave their homes without a tummy full of yummy food. Persian food is so rich in flavor, many food burst with saffron flavor which literally is the best flavor in the world. Persian cuisine is a very old, traditional cuisine with many rules and do’s and don’ts. It requires time, energy, great ingredients and lots of love to make a Persian dish.
