Almond Flour Banana Bread
Ingredients
- Coconut Oil - Brown sugar - Eggs - Bananas - Almond flour - All purpose flour (Can use gluten free) - Baking powder, baking soda and salt
Step 1
Mix coconut oil and brown sugar. Add in the eggs and mix well.
Step 2
Add in the bananas, almond flour, all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Step 3
Transfer the batter to a loaf pan and bake in the oven for 45-55 minutes.
Let the banana bread cool completely before slicing.
I just made this and it's sooooo good, even my very picky 5 year old loved it!
