Apple Pie Monkey Bread


Make the dough in a stand mixer or knead by hand. You can also use refrigerated biscuit dough.

Chop the apples into small pieces and mix with brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger and butter.

Cook the apple mixture in a pan until the apples are a bit soft.

 Divide the dough into small pieces. Dip each dough ball in melted butter and roll in brown sugar and cinnamon.

Layer the dough balls and apple pie filling in a pan.

Cover and let it rise for 45 minutes. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
