Meat Stuffed Pita

Place the ground beef with onion, parsley, spices, and garlic in a bowl.

Mix all the ingredients until well combined.

Cut the pitas into quarters and stuff them with a thin layer of the filling.

Heat the pan over medium heat and place the stuffed pitas in the pan.

Sear for about 5 minutes on each side or until the filling is fully cooked.

Serve as is or with some yogurt. This would make an easy and tasty weeknight dinner.
