Prepare the beef and marinade
Cut the beef into 1 1/2 inch pieces. Place in a large bowl. In a small bowl, mix the spices with olive oil and lemon juice, pour it over the beef and mix to combine. Marinade for 4 to 8 hours.
Grill the shish kabobs on the grill over high heat until cooked to your liking (medium rare or medium).
