Beef Shawarma

The perfect wrap! Just like chicken shawarma, beef shawarma is popular all around the Middle East. My method uses a skillet and not a rotating pit, making this the perfect homemade meal!

Use thinly sliced beef sirloin for this recipe and place it in a bowl with onion and garlic. 

Add in the spices as well and the vinegar and olive oil. Find the complete list of ingredients by tapping on the link below. 

Mix using your hands or a pair of tongs. Make sure all pieces are coated with the marinade. 

Cover and refrigerate for a few hours so the flavors combine well. 

When ready to cook, sear the beef shawarma in a hot pan over medium high heat. 

Serve with pita and your favorite fixings including garlic sauce, pickles and fries.
