Garlic Chicken

So Easy!

In a large bowl, mix the minced garlic, olive oil, oregano, salt, pepper, rosemary and lemon juice.  

Add the chicken. Cover and refrigerate for one hour.

Sear on a grill pan for 5-8 minutes on each side until fully cooked. 

Serve with olives, pita and salad.


You can also grill the chicken on charcoal or gas grill outside in summer!
