20-minute Caprese Chicken
- Chicken breast - Salt and pepper and dried oregano - Olive oil - Pesto - Mozzarella and tomatoes
Cut the chicken breast in half and season with salt, pepper and oregano.
Sear the chicken for about 5 minutes on each side.
Once both sides are seared, spread the pesto on the chicken.
Top with mozzarella and tomatoes. Cover and cook for two minutes.
