Greek Chicken Gyro
Salt and pepper
In a large bowl mix yogurt with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper.
Add the chicken tenders and marinate for 1 to 6 hours.
Heat some oil in a pan and shake off the excess yogurt on the chicken. Place in the pan.
Sear for about 5 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
Serve with pita, tzatziki, onions and herbs.
