Chicken Shawarma
Chicken thighs (boneless skinless)
Olive oil
Spices
Garlic
Pita bread
Cucumber, tomatoes and onion

Ingredients
Lemon juice
Mix the spices with olive oil, garlic and lemon juice. Add the chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Place the marinated chicken on a baking sheet.
Bake at 400F until completely cooked.
Slice the chicken and place it back on the baking sheet. Bake for a few more minutes to crisp up.
Serve with pita, salad and yogurt sauce.
I had never tried shawarma until I tried this recipe, and OMG was it delicious! I can't wait to make it again!
