Chicken Shawarma

Ingredients

- Chicken thighs - Olive oil - Garlic  -Lemon juice - Cumin, cinnamon, paprika, cardamom, coriander, turmeric, salt

Step 1

Mix all the spices with olive oil, lemon juice and garlic.

Step 2

Pour the olive oil and spice mixture over the chicken and mix. Marinate for 30 minutes up to 8 hours.

Step 3

Place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes.

Step 4

Take the cooked chicken out of the oven and start slicing them.

Step 5

Bake the chicken for another 10 minutes.

Serve with pita, yogurt sauce and salad.

I had never tried shawarma until I tried this recipe, and OMG was it delicious! I can't wait to make it again!
