Coconut  Banana Bread

Ingredients

- All purpose flour, baking powder and baking soda - Vegetable oil , sugar and eggs - Bananas - Sour cream - Shredded coconut and walnuts

Mix vegetable oil and sugar in a bowl. Add in the eggs on by one and mix to combine.

Add the vanilla extract, bananas and sour cream. Mix to combine.

Add the flour, baking powder and baking soda. Add in the coconut and walnuts.

Pour into the loaf pan and bake in the oven for 45-55 minutes.

Let the banana bread cool completely before slicing.

This was so moist and flavorful, I subbed chocolate chips for the walnuts like suggested in the variations and it turned out great!
