Curry Lentil Soup


- Onion and garlic - Olive oil - Ginger and curry powder - Red lentils - Crushed tomatoes - Coconut milk

Step 1

Sauté onion and garlic, add spices, lentils, water and crushed tomatoes. Cook for 20 minutes.

Step 2

Add in the coconut milk and cook for a few more minutes. 

Step 3

Serve and top with dill, red pepper flakes and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
