Dolma, a beloved dish in the Middle East and Mediterranean, features stuffed vegetables like zucchini, tomatoes, and eggplant, filled with lamb or beef, rice, and aromatic spices. Among these, stuffed vine leaves, known as sarma in Turkish, are particularly popular.
