Best Dolmas

Dolma or dolmades are stuffed grape leaves that are so tasty. This is a vegetarian version with rice. 

Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat and saute the onion until translucent. 

Add the rice and cook for a few minutes. 

Add the tomato paste and spices. Mix to combine. 

Add the water and simmer for a few minutes.

Add the pine nuts and parsley

Pour boiling water and cook on medium low until the leaves are tender and the rice is cooked. 

Serve dolmas cold, warm or at room temperature. You can serve them with yogurt as well.
