Instant Pot Chicken Breast
Mix all the spices in a bowl, reserve half and season the chicken breast on both sides.
Heat olive oil in the instant pot and sear the chicken.
Flip and sear the other side for 3 minutes. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
Add the chicken stock and scrape the bottom to get the bits.
Place the chicken breasts on the trivet, seal the lid and cook on high for 6 minutes.
Serve this juicy chicken with rice, pasta, potatoes or salad.
