- Cucumber - Yogurt - Garlic - Dill - Olive oil - Salt
What you need
Peel the cucumbers in stripes and grate them in a large bowl.
Squeeze the grated cucumber in your hand and discard the excess water.
Place the squeezed cucumbers in a bowl and add in yogurt, minced garlic, fresh dill, salt and lemon juice.
Add in the olive oil and mix well to combine.
Cool in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
Serve with fresh pita bread.
You can serve tzatziki with grilled beef, chicken or koftas. So easy and delicious!
