The Best Oatmeal Banana Bread

Ingredients

Eggs, sugar and oil  Yogurt , vanilla and bananas Flour, oatmeal, baking powder and baking soda

Mix oil and sugar in a bowl. Add in the eggs one at a time and mix well

Add in the bananas, vanilla and yogurt. Mix well to combine.

Add in the flour, baking powder baking soda and oatmeal.

Transfer to a loaf pan and bake for 1 hour.

Let it cool completely and then slice to serve.
