Easy Italian  Meatballs

2 lbs ground beef breadcrumbs Eggs Basil, parsley, salt & pepper Olive oil  Marinara sauce Mozzarella cheese

Cook Time: 20 Min

Ingredients

Mix the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, dried basil, parsley, salt and pepper in a large bowl.

Step 1

Using a large ice cream scoop, scoop out and shape the meatballs. Place them on a baking sheet. 

Step 2

Roll each meatball in all purpose flour and place back on the baking sheet.

Step 3

Heat olive oil in a pan and sear the meatballs in batches until they're brown in all sides. 

Step 4

Heat the marinara sauce in teh same an, add the meatballs and cook for a few minutes. Top with mozzarella cheese and let it melt. 

Step 5

Serving Suggestions

Top with parsley and serve with rice, pasta, potatoes or salad.
