Oatmeal Banana Bread
This banana bread is easy to make and is the perfect midday snack!
Oil Sugar Eggs Bananas Greek yogurt All purpose flour Oatmeal Baking powder & baking soda
What You Need
Sugar, oil and eggs
Whisk oil and sugar for a few minutes. Add in the eggs, one at a time and whisk well to combine.
Bananas, yogurt and vanilla
Add in the mashed bananas and mix well. Then add the vanilla and Greek yogurt.
Flour & Oatmeal
Add the flour, oatmeal, baking powder and baking soda to the batter. Stir to combine.
Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake in the oven for 50 to 60 minutes until fully cooked.
The bread is cooked completely when a toothpick inserter into the banana bread comes out clean.
Cool and slice
Let the banana bread cool completely and then slice into pieces.
Wrap each slice in a plastic wrap and freeze for up to 3 months. To serve, reheat in the microwave.
