Oatmeal  Banana Bread


Mix eggs with sugar and vegetable oil. Add in the eggs, one at a time.

Add the mashed bananas, vanilla and Greek yogurt.

Add in the flour, oatmeal, baking powder and baking soda.

Bake in the oven for 50 minutes.

The bread is ready when a toothpick inserted in the middle of the banana bread should come out with little to no crumb.

Let it cool completely and then slice.
