Cut the potatoes into quarters and slice the onions. Place the potatoes, onions and peeled garlic in a baking dish.
Place the chicken drumsticks on the potatoes and onions.
Mix chicken broth with the spices and pour over the chicken and potatoes.
Place a few lemon slices between the drumsticks and bake for one hour.
Top with olives and tomatoes. Serve with side salad or rice.
