Mediterranean Three Bean Salad


If using canned beans, drain and rinse them separately. Add them to a large bowl.

Add the parsley, red onion, mint and artichoke. 

Mix well to combine.

Add garlic, sumac, olive oil, vinegar, oregano, salt and lemon juice. Mix to combine.

Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.

This bean salad is perfect for summer. You can serve it alongside grilled chicken or beef.
