Bulgur Pilaf

Ingredients

Veggies

Saute onion, garlic and green pepper in some olive oil over medium heat.

Veggies

Add in the tomatoes, tomato paste and spices. Stir and cook for a minute.

Bulgur

Rinse the bulgur and add it to the pot. Stir to combine.

Water

Add the water and bring it to a simmer. Let it cook until the water is almost evaporated.

Cook

Cover the lid in a towel and place it on the pot. Cook for another 1o minutes.

Serve

Fluff the bulgur pilaf using a fork and serve warm.
