Lemon Tilapia

Ingredients 

Place the tilapia fillet in the olive oil, lemon and spice mix.

Dredge in the flour and shake to get rid of excess flour.

Sear for about 5 minutes on each side.

Pour the olive oil mixture into the pan and turn the heat up.

Cook for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.

Top with lemon slices and parsley.
