Make the dough

Mix flour, vegetable oil and water in a bowl. Knead until the dough comes together. Let rest for 30 minutes.

Saute onion until translucent. Add in the tomato paste and cook.

Add cooked potatoes and mix until combined.

Sauté onion until golden.

Add spinach, dill and parsley. Cook for a few minutes. Add feta cheese.

Divide the dough into 8 pieces. Roll out the dough thinly.

Fold and seal the edges.

Sear in the pan for about 4 minutes on each side.

These Turkish flatbreads are perfect for breakfast.

The recipe was very tasty! I tried both the spinach and the potato filling. Spinach was my favorite.
