Saute onion and garlic in olive oil.
Add in the spinach and cook until wilted.
Mix the spinach mixture with parsley, dill, green onions and eggs.
Add in crumbled feta and and combine.
Brush a few pieces of phyllo dough with olive oil and top with the spinach mixture.
Top with more phyllo dough pieces brushed with olive oil. Close up and bake in the oven.
Spanakopita is ready when it's flaky and golden. Let it cool for a few minutes and then slice.
