In a large pan saute onion and garlic until translucent.
Add the spinach and cook until it's wilted.
Transfer to a bowl and add the parsley, dill and green onions.
Add the eggs and mix well to combine.
Add crumbled feta and mix well.
Brush a few sheets the phyllo dough with olive oil and top with the spinach and feta mixture.
Cover with more phyllo dough sheets and bake in the oven for one hour until it's golden and crispy.
Let it cool for 10 minutes and then slice.
