Greek Tzatziki Sauce


Cucumbers - Yogurt - Garlic - Dill - Olive oi  - Salt

Prepare the cucumber

Grate the cucumber in a large bowl and squeeze out all the excess water.


Add the yogurt

To the cucumber add garlic, yogurt and fresh dill.


Final touches

Add olive oil, lemon juice and season with salt. Mix well to combine.


Serve with  fresh pita

This tzatziki sauce is perfect on wraps but I love it on a charcuterie board for dipping vegetables or crackers.
