Banana Bread

With Applesauce


Mash the bananas and mix them with the eggs, sugar and applesauce. Add the vanilla and mix.

Add the yogurt, flour, baking powder and baking soda and mix. Fold in the walnuts.

Pour the batter into a loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes.

If a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean, the banana bread is ready.

Let it cool completely and then slice.

Store the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
