Marinate the chicken and sear on both sides. Set aside. In the same pan saute and garlic.
Add the rice to the pan and stir to combine.
Add the seasoning and toast the rice for a minute or two.
Add the water and bring it to a simmer. Top with the seared chicken, cover and bake in the oven for 35 minutes.
Uncover and bake for another 10 minutes. Top with olives and lemon slices.
