Fattoush Salad
So Good!
In a large bowl mix olive oil, lemon juice, pomegranate molasses, salt, pepper and sumac.
Chop the cucumbers, radishes, parsley and mint. Add them to the dressing.
Chop the lettuce and tomatoes. Add to the salad.
Add chopped red bell peppers and red onion.
Toast pita bread in the microwave or in the oven (you can also fry pita pieces). Add them to the salad and toss gently.
