Turkish Bulgur Pilaf
Onion
Saute onion and garlic in some olive oil until golden brown.
Peppers
Add chopped peppers and cook for a few minutes.
Tomatoes
Add the chopped tomatoes and stir to combine.
Seasoning
Add the tomato paste, salt and pepper.
Bulgur
Add in the rinsed bulgur to the mixture.
Water
Add in the water and bring it to a simmer.
Cook
Cover and cook for 20-25 minutes.
Fluff
Fluff the bulgur using a fork before serving.
Serving Suggestion
Serve Turkish bulgur with chicken, lamb, beef or as is with some salad.
