Ingredients 

Mix all the ingredienst and knead for a few minutes for the dough to come together.

Let the dough rest for 40 minutes so it doubles.

Dough

Divide the dough into 20 pieces and shape into balls. Roll out each dough ball to cook.

Divide & Shape

Place the rolled dough on a hot pan and cook for 45 seconds on each side.

Cook

Cover the lavash with a kitchen towel to keep it soft.
