No Butter
In a bowl mix mashed bananas with sugar. Then add the eggs one at a time followed by vanilla
Mix in the yogurt and then add the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder and baking soda. Fold in the walnuts.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 50 to 60 minutes until it's golden brown.
The banana bread is fully cooked and ready when a toothpick inserted in the bread comes out clean.
Let the banana bread cool completely before slicing it.
