How To Make The Best Mezze Platter

Start with the dip. You can use hummus, baba ganoush or ezme. Check out the instructions for the complete list.

Add the vegetables. I like using roasted red peppers, cucumbers and tomatoes.

Now add the cheese. You can use pearl mozzarella, feta or labneh.

Marinated vegetables are a good addition. Add olives, sun-dried tomatoes and artichokes.

Finish with stuffed grape leaves (dolma) and pita bread or pita chips if desired.
