Pat dry the salmon and rub with some olive oil. Top with spices and garlic, let it sit for 15 minutes.
Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Place the salmon in the pan and sear untouched.
Flip and sear on the other side for a few minutes as well.
Saute onion and tomatoes in a pan until soft.
Add the spinach and cook until wilted.
Serve salmon, tomatoes and spinach warm.
