Beef Meatballs

Ingredients

The Mixture

Mix the ground beef with the egg, breadcrumbs, milk and spices.

The Mixture

Shape the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.

Roll each meatball in all purpose flour and set aside.

Cook

Sear the meatballs in olive oil. No need to cook them all the way through.

Cook

Heat the marinara sauce and return the meatballs to the pan. Cook for a few minutes and top with cheese.

Serve

Once the cheese is melted, top with parsley and serve with pasta or bread.
