Italian Chicken Skillet
-Chicken breast - Spices - Onion and garlic - Cherry tomatoes - Spinach - Capers - Lemon
Pat dry the chicken and season on both sides. Sear for 4 minutes on each side.
Saute onion and garlic, add the tomatoes and spinach.
Add the chicken back to the pan. Add capers and lemon juice.
Serve with rice, salad or pasta.
