Tomato and tomato paste

Peel strips on the eggplant, cut a slit and soak them in salty water.
Fry the eggplants on all sides until golden brown.
Sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
Add the ground beef to the onion and cook until brown.
Add the pepper, tomato and tomato paste. Mix and add the spices.
Stuffed the eggplants with the ground beef mixture.
Mix tomato paste and water. Pour over stuffed eggplants and bake in the oven.
Serve with rice or salad.
