Middle Eastern Kofta Kebab
- Onion (grated) - Stale bread - Ground beef - Parsley - Cumin, coriander, cinnamon - Dried mint, salt and pepper - Olive oil
Mix the beef & veggies
In a large bowl add ground beef, parsley and onion.
Add the bread
Add in the spices and bread that is soaked in onion juice.
Mix well using a spoon or your hand to combine. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Sear to cook
Sear on each side for 4 to 5 minutes until fully cooked.
Serve with some pita, salad and yogurt sauce.
So delicious! I made it the other night for dinner and my family loved it!
