Korean Beef Bowls
Broccoli and carrots
Cook the beef
Brown the ground beef. Add ginger and garlic. Add soy sauce & brown sugar.
Add the herbs
Mix and add the green onions and sesame seeds.
Steam the vegetables
Steam the broccoli and carrots until cooked and tender.
Fill the bowls with cooked rice and top with Korean beef and vegetables.
These beef bowls are perfect for meal prep.
Loved that this was so easy and family friendly! My kids even ate it. It's going on my regular rotation!
