Lavash Bread
Ingredients
- Water and milk - Vegetable oil - Sugar and salt - Yeast - All purpose flour
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients to form the dough. Cover and let it rise for 40 minutes.
Step 2
Gently deflate the dough and divide into 20 pieces.
Step 3
Roll out the dough balls to be very thin. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Step 4
Cook in the hot skillet for 45 seconds on each side.
You can serve it with eggs for breakfast.
