Make the dough

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and knead for 8-10 minutes.

Transfer to an oiled bowl, cover and let it rise for 45 minutes.

Shape the dough

Divide the dough into 20 pieces and roll out the dough to be very thin.

Cook the lavash

Heat a non stick pan over medium heat and cook the rolled out dough for 45 seconds on each side.
