TIPS FOR PERFECT GRILLING
Skewers
I prefer metal skewers because they don't discolor on the grill and cook meat better. If using wooden skewers, soak them in cold water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
Marinate
Don't skip the marination time. Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes up to 8 hours in the fridge to absorb all the flavors.
Don't overcook
Overcooked chicken is dry and tough. Grill chicken kabobs for about 5 minutes per side to keep them juicy.
