Shrimp Recipe


Place the shrimp in a bowl and add the spices, lemon juice and olive oil. 

Saute onion, garlic and peppers  until softened. 

Add the shrimp and tomatoes. Cook until the shrimp is pink and opaque. 

Finish with some chopped parsley and freshly squeezed lemon juice. 

Serve with potatoes, rice or salad.
