Lebanese  Lentil & Rice (Mujadara)

Ingredients

This recipe is naturally vegan and gluten free.

Step 1

Fry the onions until golden and crispy.

Toast the rice and lentils. Season with salt and cumin.

Add in the water, bring to a simmer and cook until the rice and lentils are tender.

Serve the mujadara and top it with fried onions.
