Lebanese Lentil Rice
- Onion - Rice - lentils - Olive oil - Cumin and cinnamon - Salt
Fry the onion in olive oil until golden brown.
Saute more onion, add lentils, rice and spices. Cook for a few minutes.
Add water and bring to simmer. Cook for 30-40 minutes.
Fluff the rice and mix with fried onion. Serve with yogurt and salad.
