Thinly slice red bell peppers.
Slice hard boiled eggs in half.
Chop some lettuce.
Dice some tomatoes.
Place tuna on the lettuce and arrange the bell pepper, olives, tomatoes, shallot, cooked potatoes and green beans on the salad.
Mix Lemon juice, olive oil, dijon mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper in a bowl and drizzle over the salad.
