1/2 cup olive oil 1/2 cup plain yogurt 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1 1/4 cup all purpose flour 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp kosher salt
Cook Time: 35 Min
Whisk the olive oil, yogurt, eggs, vanilla extract and sugar in a large bowl.
Whisk in the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Transfer the batter into a baking pan and bake for 35 minutes.
Let the cake coo, then top with powdered sugar and serve.
